Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Opened e-liquids or cartridges
    • Used vaporizers, vape coils, or any product that has been opened and used
    • Rolling papers, filters, and other consumable items once opened

2. Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, email us at support@cloudkings.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

3. Defective Products

  • If a product is defective or not working properly, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
  • Proof of defect (photo or video) is required for approval.
  • After inspection, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item shipped).

Important:

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the above conditions.
